Terms Of sales

It is important that you read these Website Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") carefully before ordering any products from our website, and ensure you understand them.

Please note that before placing an order with us, you will be asked to agree to these Terms of Sale by ticking a box just before you checkout. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order from our website


Orders & Contract

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Fatisha Boutique and you when the goods are despatch to you not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Fatisha Boutique nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Fatisha Boutique acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Fatisha Boutique due to stock availability or may be cancelled by you.  The ownership of the Products will pass to you only when we have received full payment in respect of your order, including all taxes, shipping and other charges. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Cancelling Your Order

Under the Consumer contract Regulations (2013), you have the legal right to cancel your order no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (when Fatisha Boutique sends you the Shipment Confirmation) and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the product. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods such as earrings, customised items and face masks. You must inform us if you wish to return your item by contacting us within the return window.  Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Returns & Refunds

In addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must contact us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods) Once we have received and validated any returned Products, Fatisha Boutique will process your refund within seven business days of receiving your returned Product.

Please note that these enhanced return rights do not apply to sale Products or to any excluded products. This does not affect your rights in law as a consumer including your right to return products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and your right to return faulty products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Any return product enhanced cancellation policy must be in a new, unworn and resaleable condition and Fatisha Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund where the Product is returned damaged or showing signs of use or wear.

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee

Please take care when placing your order to ensure that the products you purchase are compatible for the intended use.   If you are not sure of the weight and dimensions of the product, please contact our customer service for the product information.

Images on our website may vary depending on your device's display quality. Whilst every effort is made to reproduce images of the Products in the most accurate way possible, these images are for illustrative purposes only and your Products may vary from those images for example, in colour, size, pattern and texture. The packaging of products may also vary from that shown in images on our site.

If the Products you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, please contact us as soon as possible.

When you shop or registered on our website, we ask you for certain information (such as your email address, name, address, contact number and your payment details) to make sure that your order and delivery go smoothly. Any information you hand over, reaches us fully encrypted through an SSL – a special security layer added to your account and checkout pages. You can see when you’re on a secure page, because the address in your browser will begin with https instead of http. And you can sleep easy, because your credit card details are processed in the UK.
