Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping! We do not charge taxes on our products, however, you will be responsible for any import duties or customs that your country may apply to your order. In some countries, you may be required to pick up your package from a local post office. Please keep up with your tracking number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or packages that are not picked up.
Can I cancel an order?

How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty.

To be eligible for a full refund on your returned item, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible, and cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address or packages that are not picked up. We do not offer price adjustments.
Refunds
Once your return is received, you will be notified that we have received your returned product in acceptable condition.
If this is the case, then we will process your refund, minus any return shipping costs, within 2 business days or receipt and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
