Etsy has its moments where information on the whereabouts of your package isn’t always updated. It wasn’t anyones fault but the system.
Thankfully, they were on top of it and assisted by clarifying its location.
Outside of the excellent customer service she provided-the quality of the item was on point. Silky and long enough to fit all of my dreads.
~NOW~ there is one thing to be noted, the product does have a strange factory smell to it-but you must realize this could be due to the manufacturing process or the fact it sits in plastic for a duration until it reaches you. I view the scent like “new car” smell-you know for a fact that it’s brand new. It also can be easily fixed with a wash.
